Based on the client brief in regards to the project budget, the construction of the house envelope was done off site and all the internal finishes were completed after the transportation of the house to the site to avoid any possible damages that might occur during relocation.

This option is more affordable than traditional site-built homes, and they can be a good option for those on a budget. The construction of the house off-site will shrink the duration of the project as the civil and site work can be done at the same time. “
