We were going to be in Europe visiting family for a month and so agreed with the team that they could carry out the work whilst we were away. The reason for my unprompted letter, is credit where credit is due. We have been absolutely thrilled with the work carried out – the quality and finish of the work provided has been fantastic and all of our expectations have been exceeded, especially given the fact that the work was carried out completely unsupervised in our absence, the team is trust worthy and has gone the extra mile to ensure that upon our return from our holidays the job was exactly as specified and that our beloved property was not too dusty and as we left it. When we originally had our renovation scoped out by various parties, we were both impressed by the company's vision to maximise the potential impact of the changes that we wanted to make to our home. The company provided good suggestions without being pushy, and accommodated many of our ideas and desires into the final plan. Group Complete Renovation team were always pleasant to deal with and were very respectful of our home and family. The team patiently dealt with our adaptations to the original plan, and provided good workable solutions that stayed within our updated budget. As we were happy with the quality of the initial phases of the work, we decided to expand the extent of our plans, which he capably took in his stride. We were given regular statements of the project detailing all the costs, which were spread over multiple progress payments during the course of the work. They took time to ensure that all the minor, but important touch-up jobs were completed to our satisfaction.
